I have been practicing therapy since 2015 and am a compassionate therapist who works with individuals across lifespan, helping them navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I deeply believe in the importance of a personalized approach to therapy that honors each person’s unique experiences and needs. My therapy approach is tailored to the individual and includes:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, mindfulness-based interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy
